Level 5 Engineering, LLC, established in 2005, is a certified, minority owned, civil engineering and consulting firm with offices in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Chicago, Illinois. Level 5 is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) with the State of Indiana, City of Indianapolis and the Indiana Minority Supplier Development Council. Level 5 is a results-oriented consulting engineering firm, offering a variety of civil engineering services including:

  • Transportation
  • Structural Engineering
  • Construction Engineering / Inspection

Level 5 Engineering offers the highest quality of engineering by defining the quality of its work as more than just engineering plans or studies. The firm has built an effective communication model including timely response to client requests, reliable delivery, precise management and problem-solving solutions, as well as resourceful control of the information flow during a project’s development.
