Red Sharks and The State of Veracruz, Mexico

Level 5 Engineering, along with International Facilities Group and VIESTE, LLC have been selected to facilitate a public private delivery model enabling the development of two modern and multifunctional stadiums, one in the City of Veracruz and the other in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico, seating 45,000 and 25,000 spectators respectively.

The scope of services will include an existing conditions analysis, financial feasibility analysis, program development, capital formation, design oversight, construction oversight, facility operations and management.

The overall model will be a public/private partnership crafted between IFG, VIESTE, the Red Sharks team and the State of Veracruz, Mexico.
