At Level 5 Engineering, our professional staff has been involved in the development of capital projects for both public and private clients.  Our services for public clients include capital improvement plans for Towns, Cities and Counties.  We also have experience in economic development program improvements and creation.  We help our clients identify their existing assets and future needs, then develop a plan to manage and achieve the client’s objectives in a fiscally sound plan.  We have also assisted Vieste, LLC in program management of major capital improvement projects by providing engineering expertise through project scoping and budgeting, design review and contract management.
